In 2020, months into the pandemic we found a bakery that was selling the bakery equipment to make swiss rolls and cakes. We thought of how much we loved those items and how hard it is to find those items that taste as good as our memories. We then sent out to remake all of those baked goods the way we liked them. We focused on making flavours and baked goods that bring joy into all of our lives. We named the bakery after Quinn, my daughter who loves to bake and can often be found making a mess in a kitchen, but she enjoys doing it.
